Adjustable triangle mounting system is an upgraded version of fixed
triangle mounting system, which makes the rear support into a tilt
leg form to achieve the purpose of adjustable Angle. Moreover, the
structure can complete a high degree of pre-installation before
leaving the factory, greatly saving the time and labor cost of
on-site construction.
Adjustable triangle mounting system same like the adjustable tilt
legs, can have three adjustable angles ranges, one is 10~15°,
another is 15~30°, and also 30~60°. Sometimes, customers will ask
us, can you directly do 0~60 degrees adjustable triangle mounting
system? Unfortunately, the answer is no, because the rear support
is required between the shortest and longest sizes, which will
result in a certain range of angles. But if you need another angle
range, please don’t hesitate to let us know, LP SOLAR engineer team
will check whether can do it, we had customized 10~22° angle range
before according to customer requirement.
About the fixing method of the roof, you can use tapping screw or
used in combination with roof clamp. Also you can choose rail type
depending on your preferred fix way. The design of the structure is
to select components from the ready-made product library and
assemble them into a complete mounting system. Of course, no matter
what type of structure, when providing solutions, LP SOLAR engineer
team will check the strength of the structure to ensure its safety.
