Cast-in-place concrete pile is a kind of pile which is formed by directly forming a hole on the site pile position, then pouring concrete in the hole or placing a reinforcement cage and then pouring concrete. Its characteristics are as follows:

• Compared with the hammering method, the construction noise and vibration are much smaller;
• It is possible to construct a pile having a diameter much larger than that of the prefabricated pile;
• It can be used on various foundations;
• The construction quality has great influence on the bearing capacity of the pile;
• Since concrete is poured in muddy water, it is difficult to control the quality of concrete.

If the engineering geological hole forming conditions are good, the column foundation is in the form of cast-in-place pile foundation with simple structure. The construction process is as follows:

• Surveying and setting out

• lower retaining wall barrel
• Installation of reinforcement cage
• Cast-in-place pile pouring
• Installation of Formwork
• Ground concrete pouring

• Elevation and main line retest
